Polo Begins Jan 30
The Villages Polo Club will begin its 14 week spring season on Fri, Jan 30. The discounted price for the Polo Club's passes for Boosters is available until opening day. The passes are good for both the Spring and Fall seasons and includes all morning matches (not open to the public). Call Christy at the Polo Club for purchase.
Our First Booster Event for 2026
We brought the apples and carrots! We traveled to the Dreamcatchers Horse Rescue on Friday, Jan 16 and presented them a check for $500. This was raised from donations at the "Evening with Sukey Forbes" event. Sukey asked that donations be given to an equine therapy program and we chose Dreamcatchers. After the presentation, Dreamcatchers personnel provided us with a tour of their facility and give us the opportunity to personally meet their horses and other animals. A beautiful black Friesian named Lily. Miniature horses and miniature cows. Sheep, goats and cats. Dreamcatchers offers a variety of events and services.
T-Shirt Sales Volunteers Needed!
We are so fortunate that Bonnie M has graciously agreed to take on the role of T-shirt Coordinator. Now we're looking for volunteers to assist her on Sundays. There are 14 weeks beginning on Sunday, Feb 1 so if you're interested, please pick a Sunday (or two) to help out and send an email with your preferred dates to ponyuppoloboosters@gmail.com

Our First Booster Event is Jan 16!
We will be traveling to Clermont to the Dreamcatchers Horse Rescue. We will be presenting them a check for $500. This was raised from donations at the "Evening with Sukey Forbes" event. The Villages Polo Club's new season passes are now available for purchase. Remember that current Boosters receive a nice discount that is only available until the season begins on Jan 30. Our first Booster event is coming up soon, on Jan 16 and Polo is only 25 days away! So please renew your memberships and recruit new members! Thanks to all that have already done so. With a 14 week spring season and an 8 week fall season, that's 22 weeks of polo with four matches each weekend (morning and afternoon). Eighty-eight opportunities to see great polo and support all of the players and ponies. Remember that in 2026, the morning games and all fall season games are only available to pass holders.

We've been asked to offer the blue Pony Up Polo Boosters polo shirt for sale. The shirts include the Pony Up logo embroidered on the front.
